Welcome to Morgan Park
Located on the South Side of Chicago, Morgan Park is a lovely, quiet slice of suburbia in a surrounding urban landscape. The neighborhood was planned in the
1870s by Thomas F Nichols and is one of the 77 official community areas of Chicago. Most homes were built in
Craftsman and
prairie architectural styles featuring large porches and roofs with broad overhanging eaves. The prairie-style houses were originated by acclaimed architect Frank Lloyd Wright and often have stucco, wood, or sometimes brick exteriors. With a large range of real estate prices, going from around
$10K to upwards of $500K, there are options for people of all walks of life.
